Mylor Adventure Camp

M&M Kids Camp, the state Baptist camp for children in Year 3-7 at Mylor Baptist Campsite from 6th-8th July, is a unique opportunity for campers to make new friends, grow in their faith, experience Christian community beyond their own church, have a taste of Indigenous Australian culture, and hear God’s heart for people of the world. Craft activities will be included in this registration. Please make sure your child is nearby so they can make their choice.
Pricing
Early bird (before 30th April): $165 (siblings $160)
Standard (closing 13th June): $170 (siblings $165)

Refund Policy
Refunds will be given up to the closing date for registrations (12th June 2019). All registrations that are cancelled before the registration closing date will incur a $20 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for any cancellation past 12th June 2019.

We are careful to keep your information confidential, and provide it only to those agents acting on behalf of the organisation who need it to enable them to perform their agreed activities (e.g. the First-Aider-In-Charge).

We only ask for information that is necessary for the purposes outlined in this statement. In some circumstances, if you don't provide us with all requested information, you could miss the opportunity to be involved in our program.

Important: Please note that in regards to non-prescription medications such as paracetamol (e.g. Panadol), it is our policy that leader team members do not provide medications.
Craft Selection
There will be 2 sessions for craft totalling 2 hours. We will have 2 Aboriginal artists and Dusty Feet Mob (Aboriginal dance group) with us to lead the campers through 3 of the craft options. The craft time options are:
- Wooden boomerangs – 1 session
- Aboriginal painting on canvas – 1 session
- Dance with ‘Dusty Feet Mob’ (Aboriginal dance group) – both sessions
- Australian-themed sand art – 1 session
- Sport and Games – 1 or both sessions

Permissions and Legal
In attending the program, you consent to your child/ren's participation in a range of general sporting and recreational activities. If potentially risky activities of a specific nature are included, the Team Leader will inform you of these.
I am aware, in signing this document regarding my child/ren's participation this program, that certain elements of the program could be physically and emotionally demanding.
Furthermore, I understand that certain inherent risks and dangers may exist in the activities in which my child/ren will be participating.
I acknowledge that while the organisation and its leaders will make every reasonable effort to minimise exposure to known risks, all hazards and dangers associated with these activities cannot be foreseen or may be beyond the control of the organisation, its leaders and staff.
In the event of any emergency where my nominated contact people are unavailable:
- I authorise the leaders to obtain medical advice and/or assistance which they deem necessary.
- I further authorise qualified practitioners to administer anaesthetic if required.
- I accept all operation, blood transfusion and/or anaesthetic risks involved in the event that such procedures are deemed necessary.
- I accept the responsibility for payment and agree to pay medical, transport and any other related expenses.
- I confirm that the information contained in this application is true and correct.
- I agree to inform the leader of any change to these details.
